Our Process

Our puppies are bred with care from parents that have been fully health-tested. When we have a planned litter in mind, we begin taking deposits on that litter. After your deposit is made, you will be placed on the list in the next available spot. We do not take deposits based on gender, but if you have a preference, we would like to know that so that we can alert others making later deposits as to the preference of people already on the list.

When the litter is bred, we update the website with the expected due date and the resulting take home date. After about 4 weeks, we will confirm the pregnancy, and the website will again be updated. If the mating does not take, we will notify people on the list, suggest alternative litters and/or offer a refund of the deposit.

After the litter is born, we will notify everyone on the list of take home dates and times. We will post photos and videos on our website along the way so you can watch your litter as it progresses. We also provide care and feeding information so that you are ready for your puppy.

At about 6 weeks, we will post individual photos and videos of each puppy so that selections can be made.

After the puppies are selected, we will send out contracts and final payment invoices. Final payments are to be received at this time.

On take-home day, we will do a swift hand-off of the puppy and provide you with our puppy kit, which includes the veterinary wellness exam certificate, vaccination records, a sample of our puppy food, and some toys. Of course we are available to interact with you all through the process and after your puppy goes home.

Spay / Neuter Requirement

We have a strict spay/neuter policy for all of our pet home puppies. On occassion, we do sell breeding rights to reputable breeders who we've approved, and who have disclosed their desire to breed before placing a deposit. We feel responsible for any offspring of our puppies. When choosing a breeding dog we want a specific color, temperament and conformation, and take choosing a puppy who will be bred in the future very seriously.

Deposits

There is a $500 non-refundable deposit to reserve a puppy. As deposits are received, they will be placed on the litter of interest or the next litter within that year. Once selection is made, remaining balance is to be paid in full by 6 weeks.

Make a Deposit

We accept deposit payments either by Venmo or by PayPal. Please contact us to make a deposit using Venmo.

For your convenience, you may pay your deposit using PayPal. A 3% ($15.00) convenience fee will be added for payment processing. Note: you do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card.

Balance Payments

Balance payment is due immediately after selection at about 6 weeks. You will receive our contract and an option to pay by check or with a credit card. There is a 3% handling fee to use a credit card.

Seller's Rights

We reserve the right to select first pick of any litter. We are extremely cautious about our puppies' forever homes. If for any reason during the buying process, we do not feel our puppies will be a good fit for your environment, we reserve the right to decline to sell you one of our puppies, even after your deposit has been made.

Two-Year Health Guarantee

We take great pride in our parent dog selections, and we are confident that they will produce healthy, happy puppies. All of our puppies come with a 2-year genetic health guarantee. We guarantee that your puppy will not have life-threatening, crippling, and/or disabling congenital (genetic) health defects or we'll replace your puppy free of charge. Puppy Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is available in the US and occasionally Canada. Shipping prices range from $350-550. This includes crate, health certificate, and airfare. Puppies are shipped via Petsafe with United Airlines. They are climate controlled and offer the safest shipping options year round. We also have a flight nanny option for puppies that weigh 20 pounds or less where the puppy flies in the cabin with the nanny.

For puppies being delivered within a 12-hour drive, we also offer door to door ground delivery service. The cost for this service varies depending on the distance but is generally less than $500.
